A postmortem is a summary report that is written following the completion of a project, highlighting what went wrong and how it can be fixed. This concept was originally created by Google. In my engineering writing class, I wrote a postmortem detailing a project that took place during my summer job. In summer 2022, I worked grounds crew for a golf course, and one day we created a new tee box from scratch. This was the first of many tee boxes to be added on the course, so we had a poor plan, and the tee box came out very bad. In this report, I describe what went wrong.
